I Set my alarm for 7am got up and quickly hydrated with water and coffee. Grabbed some porridge and a banana to carb up the long day ahead.
I got dressed put my favorite trainers on and headed out towards the start line of the MBNA Chester Marathon…. Not to run, I didn’t even get to the start line, no that’s much to much excersize for me on a Sunday morning. I brought my camera to get some footage.
